Shareholders who wish to submit nominations in terms of Section 544 of the Civil Procedure Code could do so by providing the following documents;

All copies of the documents need to be certified by an Attorney-at-Law or a Commissioner for Oaths.

• Duly completed Nomination Form
• Certified copies of NICs of the shareholder(s)
• Certified copies of NICs witnesses to the form
• Certified copies of NICs of nominees
